Just some Photos

Since dropbox doesn't seem to enjoy slow connections I think this is my better option for posting pictures and since I have even less to do today...and even less motivation to find something to do ( I am a wee bit disillusioned about development after reading a depressing but insightful article) so I will post photos.

Ps. I wish I was in Haiti.


This is a gorgeous snake, a python, which we met at a Reptile Park in Gabarone, it's a really nice place I would love to work there !


We saw some animals on a short game drive at the Mokoldi Game Reserve outside the city.


Welcome to the WUSC office in Gabarone, It's tiny but it's actually a regional office, so they do lots of work!

    What is the time difference are you ahead or behind us??? Beautiful pictures - drop box did work at home. How are you feeling??? I am leaving a facebook message for you.     Drop box worked? How many folders/pictures are there.. I've dropped one called Botswana and one called Travel Competition.. I have to pick five from each folder people, places, and projects/issues.. i can't choose..
    Time difference is 6 hours ahead I believe. I'm feeling better, still miss riding and Daisy and home and really wish I was there for summer.. but I have work now and I met a man who's translating the bible into a San language which is cool and he invited me to go to a house church this sunday which I hope I can if I'm not leaving for D'kar early. Oh I totally forgot about that! It's May 24 lol... I didn't get any pictures, I was too focused on taming them and making them mine... lol for all I know I was hallucinating :)

    Dropbox worked for me too. Got the Botswana file but haven't looked yet for the other. That's neat about the translator and the house church. Hope you can meet some people. How do you get your groceries home. You have to walk a 1/2 hr right? I guess you just buy what you can carry. You know, you need a bike to get around!

    I got the Botswana file but not the travel competition one. There are three folders - Gaborone, Shakawe and one other one I think. Mark says hi and so does Daisy. Hannah was briefly mad at you because I said you had two cats that were taking Daisy's place - man I should not have said that lol - then I explained to her only temporarily that no one could really replace her - wow goo goo over a dog! Enjoy your Sunday service - luv you lots.
